While answering questions put forth by students, he further added: “Technology has changed the value proposition in the entire business chain. All the intermediaries in businesses are getting disrupted which in turn has shortened the job lifecycles in the future. No longer are businesses going to be looking for employees who have the answers. Knowledge is not at a premium anymore. Businesses are looking for people who know how to ask the right questions. It is your ability to get to that answer within the shortest period of time.”
He encouraged students to upgrade themselves and sieve through available information across domains as this information shall empower them to put the right questions. Information will have to be 360 degrees. The more exposure you have to multiple domains, the better you will understand.
