First copy of ‘Baba and Me’ gifted to the President

Droupadi Murmu was gifted the first copy of the coffee table book, “Baba & Me”- Bharat Ratna Ust Bismillah Khan through the eyes of Dr Soma Ghosh, Padma Shri. The book was earlier released by Hon
Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi ji. (But then came the Corona virus!!)
This is followed by the auspicious formal occasion of the book release of “Baba & Me” for the nation with a Press & Media meet which was organised by the strong support of IGNCA (Indira Gandhi National Centre for Arts) & Prabhat Prakashan. The release function was attended by a host of dignitaries and were headed by illustrious names such as Shri Shri Sadguru Dayal , Rishiraj Head operations DMRC, Shiv Shankar Pandey, Political Advisor, Govt of Uttar Pradesh.,V. B. Tripathi, Dr. Rajneesh , Navneet Saigal, Rai Bahadur, Hemant Sharma
,Atul Upadhyay Reliance
,Sanjay Rai Aaj, Shantanu Chakraborty and others.
A short Docu-drama film, “Yaad-e-Bismillah, made by Shri Subhankar Ghosh, was also screened to pay homage to the great Shehnai Legend.
